This is a legal and binding agreement between you, the Customer, and Mamet and Associates. By using, installing or accessing the Mamet and Associates website, the Services and certain Products that are offered, as our Customer you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or any other Terms and Conditions posted on the Mamet and Associates web site, all services will be discontinued, activation of the account will cease and your account terminated. 1. Mamet and Associates will provide web hosting for your web site through Mamet and Associates Hosting Services. Mamet and Associates are resellers for the World ISP network and you agree to the terms of their contract (see link below). 2. You agree to pay yearly invoices to Mamet and Associates in a timely manner, in advance for any year in which you wish to continue hosting services. 3. Typically, there are no additional costs associated with web hosting. However, web hosting companies occasionally implement changes on servers which may require minor adjustments to your web site code by Mamet and Associates. Rare “down-time” or other problems requiring the assistance of Mamet and Associates to communicate with the web host company may also occur. This type of work is billed at our normal hourly rate. 4. Mamet and Associates shall not be responsible for any loss of business or other damages resulting from occasional “down-time” or other technical problems related to the host server, whether caused by the web hosting company or by broader Internet problems beyond our control. 5. Your hosting account has a bandwidth usage limit of 10Gb/month. We realise that from time to time, a Client may have unanticipated circumstances which cause their web sites to exceed this limit. In rare cases, such overages may result in additional charges, or temporary suspension of service. Should this occur, Mamet and Associates will first make every effort to contact you to prevent any unexpected charges or service interruptions.
